Eligibility Criteria
- The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its pristine original condition.
- All original NEEVA security tags, branded labels, and bespoke packaging must remain intact.
- Sale pieces marked as "Final Clearance" are eligible for size exchange or store credit only.
