Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order prior to dispatch by messaging our WhatsApp concierge or emailing [email protected]. If the order has not been dispatched, a 100% full refund will be credited to your original payment method immediately.
Return Refunds
- Prepaid Orders (Cards, UPI, NetBanking): Refunds are processed directly back to the original source account within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item passes quality verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are disbursed via instant bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI to your provided account details within 24–48 hours of quality inspection.
- Store Credit Option: You may also opt for instant Store Credit with an added 5% loyalty bonus.
